Our Purpose

  • To help you to know God and learn how to effectively reveal Him to the world around you through your personal life, your family, and your relation to other believers.

Our Core Values

  • We believe that people will know God only when they are taught His Word, His Worship, and His Ways.
  • We believe that the centrality of Christ and the Cross, the presence of God, and the power of the Holy Spirit alone can transform lives.
  • We believe that lost people matter to God and will not find Him unless we care enough to build bridges of relationships to them.
  • We believe that "revealing Him to the world around us" must include meeting, loving, and accepting people on their cultural and spiritual levels without compromising biblical truth.
  • We believe that our personal lives should manifest growth and authenticity.
  • We believe that the family is one of the basic units of society and should be strengthened and nourished as a model to the world of Christ and the church.
  • We believe that the body of Christ (the church) is based on loving relationships and should model them to the world around us.
  • We believe that every member of the body of Christ should be equipped to serve in their particular areas of giftedness thus supplying life to a unified whole.
  • We believe that the best channel for life and growth within the church is small groups.
  • We believe that we should offer to God the best of our lives, our time, our talents, and our resources, trusting Him to work through us in each of these areas.

What do we believe?

  • That the Bible is God's Word and our instruction book for life.
  • That Jesus is God's Son and the Cross is our only hope of salvation.
  • That God the Father has a purpose for our lives and we should seek it.
  • That the Holy Spirit will operate in us to minister to others.
  • That the Church has been commissioned by God to be lights to the world.

How do we seek to worship?

  • With our lives - hearing, obeying, and exemplifying the Word.
  • With our hearts - reverencing and honoring the Lord's presence.
  • Biblically - Singing (Col. 3:16); Musical Instruments (Ps.150); Clapping (ps. 47:1); Lifting Hands (I Tim. 2:8); Dancing (Ps.149:3); etc.
  • In freedom and order - worship must be from the heart & sensitive to others.

What are we seeking to accomplish?

  • To help individuals become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ.
  • To help strengthen family relationships and heal broken relationships.
  • To help believers learn how to effectively relate to one another.
  • To help believers become effective in leading friends, family members, and co-workers to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ.

Some particulars about us.

  • We declare our total dependency on God to do effective ministry.
  • We believe that life change happens best in small group relationships.
  • We seek to minister to the believer in an atmosphere that will also minister to the unchurched who are seeking God.
  • We believe that every believer is called to minister to others.
